Contact force is one of the basic elements in Copper Terminals blocks. If there is not enough contact pressure, a good conductive material is of no use. Because, if the contact force is too low, there will be displacement between the wire and the conductive sheet, resulting in oxidative pollution, so that the contact resistance increases and lead to overheating. In the case of the DRTB2.5 pressed wire frame assembly, an actual contact force of up to 750N can be generated by applying only 0.8Nm of torque to the screw, independent of the wire cross section. Therefore, the use of terminal crimping frame has no environmental influence, large contact area, large contact force permanent connection. Voltage drop small contact voltage drop size is also one of the dimensions to identify the quality of the wiring block. Even with a small force distance applied to the screw, the voltage drop value is still significantly lower than the limit required by VDE0611. Meanwhile, the applied torque varies over a wide range and the voltage drop is almost constant. Therefore, although different operators use different amounts of torque, it does not affect the quality of the connection. This is another proof of the reliability of the crimping frame at the terminal. A contact force with a large self-locking function is meaningful only if it is persistently applied to the wire.
