The copper terminal must withstand the high temperature in the preheating zone and the temperature transmitted to the terminal body by wave soldering during the whole assembly process.  Flux must not affect Terminals and must be easily removed without any residue.  The entire assembly process must be water-washable.  Preheating temperatures are often 100°C or higher, and peak temperatures of 280°C are not uncommon.  Perforated soldering pins must be accurately positioned, of suitable size, evenly placed, and of good solderability to facilitate insertion and welding.  In the whole assembly process must withstand the heat treatment of high temperature impact, in welding mainly used infrared preheating and convection preheating heat conduction to the solder needle and tin plate interface to melt solder paste.  Contact anti-fusion welding performance is poor, in the start of the motor or circuit short circuit, large current to contact.  The head is welded firmly and cannot be released. The pure silver contact is easier to fuse and weld.  The main contact of ac contactor should choose the silver base alloy with strong fusion welding ability, such as silver iron, silver nickel and so on.
